Choreography, Skills Clinics, Consulting

Are you a cheer coach or gym owner looking to give your kids a leg up on the competition?

You won't find another person more qualified, experienced, or passionate about cheer than me! I started my now 31 years in the sport of competitive cheer way back in 1991 through my town recreation program. Once I was bitten by the cheer bug, there was no stopping me from trying to learn everything I could about this amazing sport! I cheered competitively from rec all the way through high school and college, ending my career as a cheerleader at Level 7 in the All Star world. I started coaching cheer as a junior coach in my town recreation program at the age of 14, doing all of my own choreography and paying close attention to the proper technique that myself and my athletes were being taught at NCA and UCA camps. For several years, I coached and choreographed for both high school and college level teams, and finally landed in All Star Cheer in 2004. I was trained by the expert staff at the NJ Cheer Academy and became a tumbling instructor, all star coach, and camp/clinic instructor for local competitive recreation and high school programs. After 4 years of teaching tumbling and coaching at all star Levels 1-5, I moved on to Liberty All Stars in Jersey City where I taught their tumbling classes and coached their Senior 4.2 team to an undefeated season, including winning the International All Levels Championship (The Summit) in 2011. During this time, I was also doing choreography and technique camps for numerous local programs, as well as starting to judge competitions.

In 2012, I was presented with an opportunity to open my own gym, called Cheer Pride All Stars (rebranded as CPX All Stars in 2018). We were open for 8 years until the pandemic closed our doors indefinitely. During my time at Cheer Pride/CPX, I ran all of the day-to-day business operations, marketing, and social media accounts, but I also ran our summer camps, clinics, choreography, and coached every team in the gym. Our program ranged from Mini Novice to Senior 3, and 95% of the athletes who came into the gym had no experience or skills. I was able to build the program into a nationally recognized program within the first 2 years when my Junior 1 team received a PAID bid to the Summit in 2014. After that, we won several local, regional, and national titles, Grand Championships, and a Super Grand Championship, as well as specialty awards like Innovative Choreography, Best Level 2 Tumbling, Five Star Routine, and Best of Level 3. In 2018, we were featured by CheerUpdates and became the talk of the cheer world when our Senior 2 team of only 5 athletes, known as the Fab 5, received a PAID bid to the D2 Summit. Cheer Pride/CPX All Stars ended up being a program of 20-65 athletes that was able to score 2 PAID bids and 3 At Large bids to the Summit/D2 Summit, 3 US Finals Gold Bids, and 2 US Finals National Championships in divisions of 20+ teams. We were consistently getting perfect scores in Tumbling and Stunt Difficulty and Technique, and through the notoriety of Cheer Pride/CPX, I've become wellknown as someone in the industry who is very strong in teaching proper technique.

During the time I owned Cheer Pride/CPX, I also was a member of the USASF Northeast Regional Advisory Board for 4 years, as well as getting my USASF Legality Official Certification and my Varsity Judges Certification in Building, Tumbling, Overall, and Point Deductions and judging national events since 2015. Although I do not own a gym or coach anymore, I am still working with other All Star and school programs doing routine choreography, skills clinics, clean-ups, tryout judging, and anything else that is needed. I have an incredible eye for detail, and I'm passionate about providing small programs with the experience of high level training at a fraction of the price that is expected of larger programs.
